Nah fuck that me and 2 of friends we're roommates with someone like this we heard what they said during their therapy and all three of us went off on her and told good luck finding a new place 2 live and kicked her out that day with all her stuff she called the cops 2 try 2 get back in but with 3 people saying she never lived there along with the landlord saying that as well she was escorted of the property and she didn't put her new mailing address so her we got rid of her and moved her sister in since all 4 of us hated her now

Last story: Get over being guilt tripped asap and realize it's no longer your problem. If you need to say your peace and how you feel. You tried and attempted to be friendly and they're still dumping their trauma onto you. Buy what you can of your own stuff. Then just keep doing you and let them continue feeling the way they are. Don't tiptoe and walk on eggshells in your own apartment just like they had to. If they can't realize you're not a threat. That's on them and not you.

Last story. That program was poorly run and needs to be dismantled and rebuilt if they are willing to let someone in the program be abused to the point of having PTSD. They should have kicked the aggressor out of the program at the very first abuse.

First story - it is important for senior management to reach out to the people on the floor so that people on the floor can have an avenue to report on their supervisors. The senior management should have regular 1 on 1 on a quarterly basis, if the juniors have nothing to report at least this is valuable time for management to build a good rapport. Many management style does not have this structure and consider it a waste of time but it is the junior staff who get their hands to move the company. Middle management is usually the ones who break the company by mishandling staff, covering up reports and have enough authority to siphone resources from the company - the more vertical the hierarchy, the higher the risk.

Back in 2020 I went to Woodrow Wilson Rehabilitation Center in the mountains for trade school. (8 week program) I remember my 6th week there I got Covid and was quarantined on site. The staff absolutely refused to let me stay since I caught Covid and that I posed as a health threat to other staff & students. I tried so hard to convince them to let me stay and graduate but I ended up going home and self quarantining for an additional 5 days. Though I was previously warned about Covid cases that popped up, I wanted to go ANYWAY because I wanted to start becoming independent. Ever since then I've been both mad at myself for becoming sick and mad at the staff that did not allow me to graduate. I've never looked back.

Either she needs to find a way to live on her own so that she can deal with her issues or something needs to change for that program bc that is not a healthy situation to live in. Ugh. That last 1. I don't think I could keep my mouth shut.... I'd be like...yo I can hear you saying awful things... you're giving me mental and emotional distress by projecting on me. Plus, what if this nutty lady drove that other girl to it. What if she's just crazy and craves drama. And drove this other roommate absolutely crazy to the point of snapping? I was in a problem situation with a manipulator. 10 years of mental and emotional abuse, gaslighting. I was ready to kill myself. She could turn tears on and off at the drop of a hat. I had to leave that job and other ppl saw that she was doing but didn't want it done to them so I was literally alone in it. Someone like that can easily look like the victim and make you look like a monster. So situations like that well, I don't just believe the roommate. Op could have been the next "monster" if she was trapped with that drama filled mess long enough. I've learned that when you know someone who's always in some drama and always the victim....theres always a % that are there in it neck deep by choice. Not all but it's best to be as far away from ppl like that and avoid the whole thing.
