I’m just saying, some bands get tagged with other groups. Like the Smashing Pumpkins weren’t from Seattle, but they were on the on the ‘Singles’ soundtrack & half the world would call them grunge, so…

It is kinda unbelievable now to think the pop culture was like this in the 90's... It's hard to fathom how a band like Nirvana was the biggest band from their decade. People are so lost in their vanities right now. Life was simpler and it was so good.

Maybe but literally every generation says this

@@jeanniemarie5947 Every generation had a garage band taking over the world with simple power chords and really cheap clothing? I don't think so. People were lost in their vanities during the late 80's too. You missed the point here.

It's funny reading.comments about how "every generation says"... Cos music from all generations is good. Except the last 10-20 years of music. You can't call 90% of them musicians. On fact, I there's one out there now that argued that she wasn't a musician bc she doesn't do magic. Someone needs to tell her that mumbling notes isn't singing. And someone needs to tell the rest that a computer isn't an instrument. Real music is made by real musicians playing real instruments.

They used to play this on the radio constantly back in 1995...loved it then and love it now. Grunge meets power pop. Never forgot it after all these years. I'm glad that youtube has made all the old classics available at the click of a mouse. You'd never hear anything good otherwise.

wicked as track. flashbacks roaming in the head. nostalgic feels and recollections of events are vivid. The theme of it is still quite relevant and still relates for me and to me. immaturity perhaps, but i guess the heart beats and throbs and feels right, if or when it becomes fond of something. It's great.
