Seachem Prime will detoxify but will still show up on the water test. It then needs to be re-added 24 hours later. I also agree with polyfilter that stuff is awesome.

Problem is ur skimmer Better to use curve 7 My signature system have boy u 310 skimmer my pump 35 watts 2800 lit / hr flow Ammonia .25 ppm I am going to use seachem thanks
