This song is very special to me, since my name is Odin and my sons name is Tor !! Thats the correct spelling from the North and the Vikings, at least in Sweden we say Odin(Oden) and Tor(Tor)...the thunder God !! Its Tor !...not Thor, thats an american/english made up word !

Thor is just the modern English name for the god, it's no more made up than all words are, and actually closer to Thor's Old Norse name Þórr than Tor. Not that it matters, words change over time. You saying "It's Tor, not Thor!" is kind of like a Greek saying "It's Apollon, not Apollo!" Also, wouldn't Thor in Swedish be pronounced the same as Tor, anyways?
