Way to go with fixing the blender! So many people just pitch stuff the second it does something weird. We are such a disposable society. So many things we, even as women, can fix! When I had to live alone while my hubby was working out of town, I fixed nearly every appliance in the house. KZbin videos can be really helpful!

for zesting, if you have a box grater it may have a very bumpy side for hard cheese that works, or the very small grate holes work too.

For a lemon zester get Greg to get you a rasp at the hardware store. They are less than $5. Not only are they great for zesting lemons but they are great for grating garlic and ginger. Instead of chopping just grate it in really fast. It gets it much finer that chopping and much quicker.

"Baking Day" videos are some of my favorites from you! I get anxiety when it comes to cooking with raw eggs and meat (post partum anxiety) and watching your videos are so relaxing. My therapists recommends that I watch lots of cooking/ baking videos to normalize the use of egg and meat and yours are some of my favorites! I used to bake like crazy before my kiddos and also meat like every night, its a shame lol. I'll get back there again. In the meantime I get to watch your cooking/baking videos! Thank you!! I discovered at Christmas time that you need to use whole milk for the no bake cookies or they come out dry and crumbly. I made 2 batches that were dry, so I studied the recipe and figured out it had to be the milk since I had used 1%. I ran to the store to buy whole milk. I wasn't giving up until they came out right, lol.

Oo yummy! Lemon and blueberry doughnuts. I love lemon with a passion! Normally put a whole lemons worth of juice into a can of Coca Cola, so so nice and refreshing, much better with ice too. I really need to make myself some of those yummy doughnuts and also a lemon meringue pie. Yummy!... did you know that the juice from your can of chickpeas can be used to make meringue? It’s called aquafaba, you can find recipes online on how to make them, apparently you cannot tell the difference between normal and chickpea ones. would be good to make little nests with it and fill them with cream and fruit, Lovely fresh summery dessert. You can make Eaton mess with them too which is a British dessert. Cream, strawberries and meringue mashed up together. Yummy yummy... anyway my point was that the juice is a useable resource... thanks for the video today, great as always! Big hugs to you all 🤗
