Oh man I remember the first time I did that. It was “heartache by the number” right? After I delivered the evidence to the Mojave outpost I fast traveled to the silver rush just to see what would happen. They didn’t attack me but I did have a stealth boy(however obsidian changed this. they will attack you even if you do the peaceful resolution. I don’t understand why they did that). Anyway So I stole everything! Lol 😂. Plus they were all fully repaired! Actually I don’t think I got any negative moral points. Man that was a good day in NV. I walked out of that with 30,000 caps I think.

Fun act: the average draw time for most shooters is 1.5 seconds, and a person can sprint 21 feet in that time. Whether or not the shooter can fire accurately in that space is another matter, but in this case Charlie is right. EDIT: watch out, guys. That works well in fo4 with blitz offering stupid high sneak modifiers. In FoNV it’s just a lot of extra effort that a sniper build could get more out of from 300 yards away.

My favorite melee build is still to dump luck, take the one trait that lets you swing really fast but lowers your crit chance (I can't remember the name off the top of my head and I'm too lazy to look it up), and then use Knock Knock as your primary weapon. You will never ever land a critical hit but you swing like the Tazmanian Devil on a crack binge and shred enemies through sheer volume of blows.
