2:13 oh, i can explain this one. These lines are for blind people. They show them that they are close to the road. There are also tiles that have bumps instead of lines that are for crossings. Blind people use sticks with balls on the end that they glide side to side in front of them and when they glide over these tiles they know that they are close to the road and in wich direction the walkway goes. That is their use in germany at least

Just because "even blind people" know what these things are when they live in places where they exist, doesn't mean *any* blind person around the entire world has to just instinctively know. Lexi lives in the US, and these blind guides do not exist there, so she had no way of recognizing it.

My first day as a ride operator ever I forgot to check the lap bars on a Rockin Tug, started the ride, immediately pressed the emergency stop in a panic, and then had to call the supervisors because i forgot how to restart the ride, with everyone in line and on the ride able to watch my incompetence in full swing😂. And with that, Dipper and Mabel agreed never to speak of the sticky, savage world of Waffle House fights again. But every time they passed the place, they couldn't help but feel a twinge of excitement, wondering what other secrets lay hidden in the quiet, unsuspecting town of Gravity Falls.
