So I don't actually have OCD, perhaps it's just a tism (as in not fully autistic, and so for me its just a slight tism) and thus I had a large box of rainbow nerds candy and dumped the entire box out into a bowl, then got several little bowls and proceeded to separate each by color and set them up in rainbow order. And if I ever do that again then I'll make take some photos to post online. 🙃🙂

Hello from Vermont where we have plenty of snow. It's cold and wet and heavy and a pain because you can't stay outside without freezing yer tuckus off. That said, yes, the first few hours after a snowfall, when the branches are covered like in 21:11, it's absolutely beautiful and surreal and almost worth all the cold. Almost. The pretty bird is a cardinal, who is a year-round resident here. They're really wonderful because as a part of their mating ritual, the male will feed the female, and they'll visit feeders, just like a couple on a date. Later, when they have hatchlings, you can see the parents teaching their kids how to perch on a feeder. I keep budgies (parakeets) and they always like to talk to their wild Cardinal friends, who have a whole bunch of varied calls. This has nothing to do with anything but I thought I'd type it anyway just in case anyone was curious.

Robin. You get the wood to bend like that by wetting the wood then very slowly bending it before wetting it again and repeating the same process. This is how people built wooden boats. The water makes the wood be able to bend slightly.

I do knife throwing and my very own r/oddlysatisfying moments are everytime I hit the target. It's not really about where I hit it, but the feeling of a good throw, releasing the knife in the right moment so that it hits the target perfectly horizontal and that THUNK-sound when it goes into the wood, it's just so... oddly satisfying. Also obviously it's double cool when it ends up being a bullseye. I started doing it to enhance my coordination after en eye operation as I couldn't see three dimensional before it and now that I am able to see it, I am still kinda lacking the experience to react sometimes and the knife throwing helps with that. Well, technically playing darts would too, but that became boring after a while😂
