OK, in defense of the Looney Tunes one, "boob" did not exclusively mean "breast" in 1950. It also meant "fool," or "a slow-witted person." It came from the Spanish word "bobo," which literally translates to "stupid person" in english. "Bobo" eventually became "booby" in 1920s American slang, sounding suspiciously close to "bubbi," aka the German word for "teat." This is most likely where the modern meaning originates. Also, the title of the cartoon, "Boobs in the Woods," is a play on "Babes in the Woods," a classic British children's book from the early 17th century.

So I am curious, how many people had to play the 'Notice to Work Staff' at about 36:30 a couple times just to make sure Robin was saying 'Oh No account...' twice when reading it instead of the 'On No account...' like it was written on the paper?
