Nothing being done about it is also very common. These departments purposely hire people that will blindly follow any order given to them. People like that once given authority become what we see in these videos. Dealing with law enforcement is dangerous even when you have done nothing wrong. I’m pretty sure it was not suppose to be that way.

Our courts have become or maybe always were just a source of revenue. It was never designed for 99% of cases to be resolved with a plea deal. Judges prosecutors police public defenders, and even defense attorneys work together to keep the revenue stream coming. The courts are more likely to suppress videos than watch them for evidence that would endanger the income that the charges generate

He doesn't have to wait for the case to be dismissed/decided, in fact, he has only 2 years to file the suit (title 42 section 1983/1985/1986), and many times when they think/know you're going to file a suit they will drag the case so the statute of limitations will run out. They do this because most, like you, believe you have to wait for the original case to end, and if it was dismissed/found not guilty.

Why is it if a Cop is caught lying in Court he's put on a Brady List, yet when they are caught falsifying a police report or fabricating a story to justify an arrest despite body cam evidence that proves he/she was lying nothing is done about it at all? Especially when their actions result in trauma or loss of income to their Victim?

Evading detention is a crime when the off duty cop has no reasonable, articulable suspicion of a crime? It's illegal for a cop to solicit a trespass

@@divatamer194 and Solicitation to commit a crime is a criminal offense that involves asking or encouraging another person to commit a criminal act. To convict someone of solicitation, a prosecutor must prove that the defendant intended to have someone else commit a crime and took some action to convince them to do so. The solicited party doesn't need to take any action to commit the crime for solicitation to be considered complete. If I were you I'd ask for a refund on that legal edumakiton ya gots.
