Jose Palomares, an off-duty cop, was moonlighting as a security guard at a homeless services center in Ft. Worth when a dispute arose over $20. Officer Palomares chose to intervene-immediately accusing the man who believed he'd had $20 stolen from him, of being a drug dealer. After calling in the drug dogs and conducting an illegal search, Palomares failed to find sufficient drugs to justify his accusation. Instead of letting the man go, Palomares then decided to pressure his arrestee into becoming an informant. Our courts have become or maybe always were just a source of revenue. It was never designed for 99% of cases to be resolved with a plea deal. Judges prosecutors police public defenders, and even defense attorneys work together to keep the revenue stream coming. The courts are more likely to suppress videos than watch them for evidence that would endanger the income that the charges generate

If you are falsely accused of resisting a false arrest, you are subject to arrest for falsely accusing an officer of falsely accusing you of resisting a false arrest. He doesn't have to wait for the case to be dismissed/decided, in fact, he has only 2 years to file the suit (title 42 section 1983/1985/1986), and many times when they think/know you're going to file a suit they will drag the case so the statute of limitations will run out. They do this because most, like you, believe you have to wait for the original case to end, and if it was dismissed/found not guilty.

To convict someone of solicitation, a prosecutor must prove that the defendant intended to have someone else commit a crime and took some action to convince them to do so. The solicited party doesn't need to take any action to commit the crime for solicitation to be considered complete. If I were you I'd ask for a refund on that legal edumakiton ya gots.

I was beat by the police in Smith County Texas on April 18th, 2017 while at gun point and being tazzed. They were never held accountable for their actions. It was all on video, but covered up.

I was held with a gun to my head at age 13 by police. Then body slammed. A kid, aged 12, was slammed against the K9 vehicle, with the window cracked and the cop told the dogs to attack. The 8 cops laughed when the kid pissed himself. Our crime? We were walking around the block on a Saturday night, in the summer at ten pm. And there were no curfew laws either.
