Generic links and synchros really have saturated the meta if people forget Rank 4 Xyz have some of the strongest toolbox of monsters out of all the Xyz monsters. I blame Snakeeyes for that.

​@Manuelbacon40 Yeah, a lot of people when Raizeol was revealed seemed to not exactly think about how extensive and tricky the Rank 4 Pile can be. Got stuff like Abyss Dweller, Bagooska, Dugares, Castel, and just a whole lot more. So they can have so many effects or interactions depending on the matchup, making them not only powerful but also rather adaptive to formats. Since depending on what things are prominent they can have Rank 4 tricks to help deal with whatever is "meta" at the time.

Do note that while Cross is active, you cannot summon Rank 4 Xyz Monster with the same name on the field, thats why he overlay into Dugares instead of the 2nd Deadnader

Field is very Good but the Deck looses Heavy to Slayer. But yeah. They Play shifter to prevent that. But Maliss is a very Good Counter against the Deck

A Res negate an 3 non target pops isnt too much and After siding Barrier will completely fuck the deck. Im OCG Most tours are BO1 + Where more or less won thru maxxc

Almost any rank 4 strategy can take advantage of Ryzeal. I've made a Traptrix Ryzeal deck and the benefits of playing 3 Pudica, 2-3 Holeutea, 3 Myrmeleo, and 1 or 2 Garden is you get to make the Traptrix links before locking yourself into rank 4s. I've also seen people improve Onomat and Satellarknight with Ryzeal.

Snake-Eyes is still the centralizing force in the metagame. The thing is Ryzeal takes advantage of that and becomes a huge threat. Snake-Eyes is impervious to boardbreakers, forcing players to spam handtraps to prevent the deck from playing, but Ryzeal comes in and can slot a ton of handtraps and play super well into them, despite being weak to boardbreakers. This is bound to create a dual format with Ryzeal and Snake-Eyes at the top, with the power balance being dependant on whether players play HTs for Snakes or breakers for Ryzeal.

Another difference is that in a 6 maxx c format Ryzeal does incredibly well, probably one of the better deck to play in a maxx C mini-game. Just deadnader pass which give 1 draw is incredibly strong.

The trap is also a hole normal trap, so you can send it with rafflesia, who's completely generic. And you can play grave digger's trap hole which is pretty nice

In game 1, he couldn't summon another Deadnader at the end because the Field Spell prevents ya from summoning another Xyz monster with the same name as one that's already on your field

You have enough consistency cards that you could extend the deck to as far as 45 cards which might not appear to matter but as long as you don't lock yourself before using engines like Horus, Phantom of Yubel, or Fiendsmith you can use other engines other than the Toy Box engine the 3rd Seventh Tachyon might be redundant but it makes sure you get to your combos when your going above 40. Realistically if built right it could break even the most opressive of Snake-Eyes boards with engine. I think I like the idea of pairing Horus with Ryzeal because not only can it make cards like Photon Lord but it also but it can allow you to use Eternitys' board wipe which could be huge when combined with Excitons. Alternatively just playing the 4 card version of the Azamina engine could be good get 2 level 6s off of 1 card by using Mu to search for Deception after shuffling it back for Sacred Azamina. It might look risky playing these cards because of Droll but if you have cards like Ice Ryzeal and Thode Ryzeal you or 1 of the cards that can search them there is no real risk that Droll can create. In the case of Droll if using engines activate it if your deck has a Tour Guide and a Monster Reborn on legs it won't matter if you don't get Sword or Ex as long as you engine you got Drolled for is gives you something equally as good if not better than some of the cards you could have made. A monster negate and a free xyz material so you can make I:P and not lose to D. Barrier easier isn't anything to sneeze at. Thats the danger of making decks like this and not giving hard locking them like Martha and Branded Fusion did. You can use engines to make them not lose to cards you should be losing to. Another benefit of this is making I:P, Deadnader, and Rafflesia and putting 3 bodies lv. 4 bodies on field so you can quick xyz into Laplacian for max or near max value. Doing all of this would give you up to 4 pops, a hand rip, monster, and spell/trap removal + a banish and temporary banish.

I don't know, but I think the key cards that win the Ryzeal player's both games were just because good generic hand traps and board wipe, which ironically every competitive deck could win in the same scenario. Nonetheless, good games.

Ryzeal Enjoyers, Rev up those engines and get those V8's pumpin! I love this deck so much! Its main combos are very easy to learn, and when you add in other level/ Rank 4 engines it gets really fun! My favorite version of the deck right now is Ryzeal Centur-ion, because the rank 4 infernal Flame banshee can search Primera or any Ryzeal, depending on what you need!

Well this is a testament to how the rank 4 tool box has historically been the most broken tool box in Yu-Gi-Oh history and paired with its ability to play Shifter as long as you don't play to hard into it makes the it one of the most beatable combo decks to ever have success against a deck as powerful as Snake-Eyes. Best part is you technically don't need Shifter because Bagooska + Dweller or Steelswarm Roach is a heck of board for decks like Snake-Eyes to try and break.

Y'know I wasn't initially very convinced, I thought the rank 4 toolbox was kinda crept at this point, but this looks pretty convincing. The bo1 vs bo3 difference might still matter but I'd be suprised if the deck ends up doing nothing. Hopefully it wont get gouged to shit rarity wise in the TCG but I doubt it.
