Dr greg I wanna thank you for opening my mind to the world of high volume low calorie dense foods. Here are some recipes I came up with: Protein oatmeal -50g oats and 24g whey protein -Cook instant oats in WAY more water than usual, oats should be too soupy. Then, add in a scoop of whey after turning off the heat, that'll really thicken the oatmeal, making you think that you're eating more oats. (add guar gum if not thick enough) P:30 C:38 F:5 Modified anabolic french toast (egg whites not available where i'm from) -4 slices of bread, 1 whole egg, 24g whey protein, 50ml water -basically the same as greg's method, but with a whole egg and whey instead P:50 C:51 F:9 (depends on what bread you use, my bread has 5g protein a slice) Protein pancake (SO FLUFFY, MUST TRY) -1 banana, 2 whole eggs, 60ml water, 24g whey protein, 50g oats, 1/2tsp baking soda -blend ingredients thoroughly, pancake mix complete -P:43 C:54 F:15 Cutting is so damn easy with these kinds of foods, so satisfying. No longer have any cheat meal urges.

I put 1 scoop of vegan chocolate sprouted protein powder in with 3 egg whites, vanilla and a bit of extra cocoa powder and blend that up. Using 2 pieces of white bread, I pour any remaining mixture over the toast in the pan so I can get all that goodness without having to add more bread. Added sliced banana on top and caramelized in the pan then topped it with 1/2 cup of blueberries and a few dollops of 0% fat greek yogurt. No syrup needed! I did cook it in a liiiiitle butter. Seriously so delicious! Clocked in around 480 cals and I know that will keep be full for hours. Best breakfast ever! How many egg whites should I put in these? MORE EGG WHITES THAN LAST TIME! I didn't have any sugar or syrup when I made this today, so I just throw a shitload of strawberries on top. Turned out awesome.

Ur awesome! I used to think sweeteners and carbs were bad and stopped eating food that I loved but thanks to you I was able to eat french toast again,my favourite food.thank you for explaining how it can be low calorie and good for you.Food is the joy of our life and it can be very demoralising to go on living without it. Tried this for the first time this morning and it’s too good. I only had two slices and I’m absolutely stuffed. Definitely worth it for anyone who wants to try.

Greg is likable, doesn’t seem like the typical meat head. Definitely has educated me on my shortcomings and what I was going wrong

Love this recipe. Modified it to include protein powder in the egg white mix, I use a low-calorie Keto bread. Thanks you for being a great teacher, Coach G 💪🏽

I finally made these things and let me tell you, I underestimated how filling it is. I was completely full after eating just 2.5 of this and I'm over 200 pounds currently. Dont be like me lol, this knocked me on my ass lol

The more bigger = the more anabolic. The higher the dosage = the more anabolic. I’m going All In.

When I do this recipe I sub out the bread with nature's Own Keto bread and use a ratio of wl1 serving of egg whites per slice of bread. Comes out to each slice being 50 Cals with 11 grams of protein. The benefit of nature's Own Keto bread (besides macros) is the fact that they're pretty thick slices (esp compared to other low cal bread). If you're cutting this is one hell of a snack. I usually make 4 slices which totals out to 200 Cals w 44 grams of protein. Throw in some sugar Free syrup and it's *chefs kiss*.

Good to hear you on a regular tone that has your voice much deeper than when you're worked up and go high pitched at Gottfried mode lol. I have learned so much from your KZbin channel and like your sound straightforward content.

Just had these, turned out to be surprisingly super-filling (I mean it). My 7 year-old asked to say thanks to Coach Greg via The Internet :)

Made this for the first time today, and it was amazing. My children even loved it! My only questions do you have a recommendation for reheating? i'm assuming microwave, but not sure what a good time/setting would be. I suppose reheating in the pan would work too. I'll experiment but if anyone has suggestions please send them to me!
