I normally say you can start lightly lifting when you get to high school and gradually build from there. also you can start strength training at 16 for the most part.... just don't get too crazy or ahead of yourself that young, you're still maturing

this will help build the abs so as you lose overall body fat they will be more sculpted and defined .. so it will contribute but diet and cardio will be your most optimal methods for fat loss!

Hey, thanks for these workouts. I use them all alongside my martial arts training. My question is, how many times should i repeat these 5 minute workouts a day. If i do, for example Obliques, upper ab and lower ab on Monday, how many sets should i do. Should i just do 1 each, or lets say 3 sets of each making it a 45 minute workout? I try to get to all the muscle groups 2xs a week with ur videos. Any help would be appreciated.

you can't spot reduce fat loss so what you have to do is lower overall body fat percentage (we have multiple videos on that), build the lower back (we have multiple back workouts), and you should also check out our tabata cardio routines to shred fat fast ... that will all help you significantly!

If you're not consuming enough water that is 100% a significant contributing factor to your headache and low energy. I personally drink a whole gallon of water during each one of my workouts. Make sure you're getting your needed carbs before your workouts also to help with your energy level. A supplement I'd highly recommend for muscle soreness is glutamine!

Bodyweight routines like these are 100% ok and healthy for your age! Lifting actual weights at 15 is somewhat of a controversial topic, I personally believe once you start high school it's ok to start slowly getting into lifting weights to establish a base and gain some strength

Freedomboy006 If you use hip rotation and twist your legs 90 degress to the ground during exercises such as the side leg raises you will really feel it this channel has a lot of great workouts but they are relitivlely new to ab training so they know what exercises to do but not the precise execution.
