Angamardana is a system of dynamic exercises that invigorate the body on all levels. #isha #sadhguru #YogicSpiritualSeed
Angamardana builds resilience and strengthens the fundamental fabric of the body.
Angamardana works on the liga_Sments and sinews of the body more than the muscles.
It is not like lifting weights. Weightlifting builds muscle.
If you build muscle beyond a certain point, you will need a lot of sleep. The body has to do too much unnecessary work.
If you become very muscular, you cannot sit with your eyes closed.
If you do Angamardana, the load will be on the ligaments and sinews.
The “bands” that hold the skeletal system and muscles together are stretched the most.
This is why Angamardana gives you a different kind of strength and resilience.
If strength and resilience is what you are looking for, you need to strengthen the fundamental fabric of the body.

I am practicing Angamardana for about a month. I had a back pain which was there for more thn 20 years, but I reduced my back pain almost 90% last year by doing swimming and playing tennis, going for hiking etc. Suddenly this back pain appeared again after I started Angamardana. Do I need to stop?

@@TheRedPandaTales Apologize. I was reading it in my mobile, it just showed only first few lines. Have you checked with the teacher who taught you ? How long have you been practicing ? In general try to practice as slow as you can, that might help. Better you talk to the teacher.

Maybe the pain was never gone. It was just hidden. Now the practice is healing it on a deep level

I'm practicing surya kriya from past one month . Can angamarthana be joined With the practice?.... or it need to be separated morning And evening sessions?

Namaskaram, Anyone can join Angamardhana, no pre-requisite for attending sessions. Even if you have learned Surya Kriya, you need to attend all the sessions of Angamardhana. Hope you are enjoying Surya Kirya !! Senthil

@@YogicSpiritualSeed thanks. How much time does angamardana practice takes. Mornings I'm doing surya kriya for an hour. Fitting in in the morning session would be difficult. Evening can be practiced ?

@@ragulkuppa1018 Angamardhana takes around 50 mins to an hour approx. And Yes you can do it evening with empty stomach condition. Where do you stay ?
