Ellie and Michelle both have pure hearts of gold and I love the fact that you can have a great laugh with them both without taking themselves too seriously. I love the fact they let their hair down so to speak and love to see them happy , smiling and laughing. Even when they have tears in their eyes from showing such raw emotions, its beautiful and I would love to comfort them including wiping and drying their tears away. I remember when this came out at the start of high school and every single one of me and my mates kept getting in trouble for making each other laugh in class with just about any quote. It became a big thing around school to put question marks at the end of signs and notices. Hilarious to teenage boys to have a strict notice ending with "Failure to adhere to this policy will not be tolerated?"

I knew Ellie was gonna cry in this movie (specifically at Ron reuniting wit Baxter) the same way I knew she was gonna cry at the Hangover. I didn’t think Moon Sugar was at least gonna be so close to crying. But, I’m actually impressed you recognized Kelly Bundy. Idk if you realized but that woman that spilled the beans bout Ron’s misfortune of reading anything on the teleprompter was Agatha in Wandavision. First movie where I ever actually saw Agatha actually. Kelly also has a series now called Dead To Me on Netflix. I just started seeing it a couple of months ago. She also has MS now. First, breast cancer. Now, MS. And, the first time I ever saw that movie, I immediately filmed the gangfight wit all the news teams. That was one of my favorite scenes from that movie. And, yeah, Ron can be a dick sometimes and can be too stubborn and too proud to listen to anyone informing him on the importance of being required to deal wit diversity but he does learn some lessons in life, eventually. This was actually my favorite movie wit Will Ferrell. I mean, Megamind and Tallageda were good but all in all, Anchorman is the shit.

Most of this movie was adlibbed . Then they chose the best lines and takes later . The script premise is set then they adlib most of the scenes for gems to be found later

I loved Anchorman when I first saw it back in 2004 and still remains one of my top 3 favourite comedies. It was utterly ridiculous but had so many quotable lines and likable characters. I recently purchased it again on Blu-ray and watched the extended version of the film which I had never seen previously. Although still funny, it does feel a bit slow to start with but I'm unsure if that has anything to do with the extended version I watched or not... but it certainly picks up the pace as the film moves forward. The film encompasses many styles of humour that is tailored to play to the strengths of each actor and because of that, it's arguably the best Will Ferrell film.

Yesterday I saw the movie Poor Things (2023), a beautiful film that I highly recommend to everyone. Definitely in the top 3 of its year. And although it is older, I recommend The Homies (if possible all 4) to see The Whale :v
