Couldn't agree more. Everyone, human and equine totally chilled . How beautifully baby Diablo walked so nicely from the paddock ! and his stable manners were so much better in such a short time. Apollo and Farouk were curious but kind to the new chap. Diablos attitude at meeting his new big brother's was adorable....obviously his mum took the trouble and time to teach him respectful manners ...unlike his human breeders 😏. BUT....I shouldn't judge.. .there could be any number of reasons why the early days lessons didn't happen...especially in the current world situation. What a sweet boy he is! Very much looking forward to the arrival of little sister Bella. After a 12 hr shift looking after poorly patients your videos are a complete tonic.... thankyou! 😍

Diablo’s very first sighting of his brothers was priceless; it just stopped him on his tracks!!!! “What??! A horse! TWO horses!! What is going on?!” The introductions went well, no pinned ears or other aggressive behaviours. Diablo seems to sense who is the boss, as he displays more reserve with him than with Farouk. Hopefully they will continue to get on well, although when they are out in the paddock together they will be more free to interact. Can’t wait to see when little sister Bella arrives. ❤️🥕🐴

Tara, I have been waiting all day for this video!! What is the most amazing thing from it is that Diablo gave them equal time, back and forth. What a sweetheart and such a young Champ for Equal Rights!! This adds to his title of Negative Cowherder! Love to see him pushing back on the cattle straining against the fencing. Young D is a terrific find among the many you visited, but we all witnessed his complete attachment during your first visit, that he chose you and then waited patiently for your agreement to take him home. Whoo Farouk, you are a mess! And you've such a surprise awaiting you and Apollo. My goodness did that ever go well. Apollo was so quiet seeming to be thinking, "What is that baby thing doing in my stall?" And Farouk seeming to be thinking, "Hmmm, someone to adore me. I'll have to train him." And perhaps Diablo was thinking, "Uh oh, big horses, Mummy don't leave me...well I'll go nuzzle them and we'll see." As I recall the motions he was making are the baby horse's way of paying homage to their seniors and asking for grace. 😘 This is going to be fun. Carrots on the way guys!💜

Awe, Farouk had his mud bath and is as happy as can be lol 🥰 I am happy the meeting went well with both Apollo and Farouk. I noticed that he did a chewing motion with his mouth as he was at the window/bars which is a sign of submission. I have seen this with friesian fouls when adults were passing by and the owner explained that it was a sign of submission. It shows that he will be respectful to both boys. I am looking forward to seeing Bella’s arrival ❤️🐴

Horses are so smart and know just what to do so much of the time. Little Diablo knew just what to do. That mouthing that he was doing is called "Clacking". It tells the big boys, "I know I'm submissive. Please don't hurt me." They all did such a good job. That was such a good idea Tara! 😊

oh Good call putting Diablo in the middle. He is a pretty confident little guy considering he just met a couple of adult horses that tower over him. He is a good sized colt but both Apollo and Farouk are tall. I love Diablo's little muzzle. He has the cutest face and such sweet eyes. You know how to pick them Tara. Diablo is going to have a lot of fun with his new family I just know it. Oh the big boys are so incredible... bringing their feed buckets to you. I really needed this picture of the new family! That moment when little Diablo's legs splayed and he was still as stone, having seen... Apollo? Farouk? Both? Oh I whooped, so SWEET. Yet he let you lead him into the "in between" stall so peacefully. Btw Rens you did very well narrating :) Tara you have to be proud of your boys! I had already put Diablo's birthday on our calendar :) Very heartwarming, and to think this is only the beginning, sweet Bella is coming tomorrow aiyeee! When we brought my new mare "Taggy" home a few months after we bought our first horse (gelded thoroughbred/quarter horse "Shamar"), he seemed to be lacksadaisycal, until we let the new mare Taggy out into the corral with him... Our Shamar chased her for over a half hour, and my dh and I were unable to do anything to separate them until he cornered her, where she proceeded to kick the ____ out of him. It all worked out, he learned to respect her (my little mighty girl), but I learned a LOT. Live and learn! I don't anticipate any such problems with your happy home, you are much wiser and more prepared than we were! I am so excited to see little Bella again, sooo happy to see you all celebrate little Diablo's birthday on Monday! Hope the babies like carrots :) Hope your brother Steve is doing well, you might need him to lead one of the four equines :)

That went really well, thank you Rens for the voice over explaining that Diablo was trying to groom other horses through bars, Apollo definitely Alpha male, but not aggressive in any way, all 3 beautiful temperaments. What I don’t understand is Farouk the horse who doesn’t like walking through muddy puddle, it took some persuasion for him to get his feet dirty, now comes in covered in mud, err what changed?😂

Lovely to see all your young gentlemen doing so well with their first introduction. Your calm, gentle yet firm manner is wonderful to watch as you bring this youngster in to your herd. I can’t wait to see how things will go once the young mare comes into the mix.

Oh Tara how wonderful. To me it seems like Apollo is a gentle big brother taking it in his stride Farouk middle brother, (am I going to get left out lol) NO WAY BEAUTIFUL. And Diablo is this ok mama , coming to you for support. Wonderful just wonderful. Thank you for this video. Xx
