Andy , a niice quick project made from off cuts or left overs . I would sand the openings and rub some wood wax in so they are not the raw wood edges

Nicely done, Andy. I made one of these last week for an ornament exchange at the local woodturning club. Used a larger hunk-o'-wood (2 1/2") as I was not sure a 2" spindle would be big enough. Now that I see it is, I will be making a few more smaller ones.

@AndysCornishCreations
@AndysCornishCreations 11 ай бұрын
Hi Glen... I'm glad that you found the video useful... Thank you very much for your super like and subscription... To sand and finish the inside... Stick some velcro around a piece of 3/4 inch dowel and use the 2 inch velcro sanding pads .. Or wrap sandpaper around the dowel and ca glue to attach or double sided tape... Just don't stick your fingers inside... To polish, you can just wrap a piece of cloth or paper towel around the dowel... I hope that this will help... Take care my friend and all the best from Andy
