I was never a fan of huberman, but this show turned me around. The force of his humanity got Jason to interrupt less and join the conversation in a more normal manner. It allowed me to more fully appreciate Tony's personality and history, his life is amazing and this podcast will take off if Tony is more consistently allowed to shape the flow. If they have to humanize Jason to make the show work, then, so be it

This is a great episode to share a bit of how what Andrew was talking about in terms of daily motion: I'm a fibromyalgia sufferer and have been really bad this year. This podcast has brought me back out skating, as I'm sure it has for many of you, but that's also directly impacting how severe my neurological symptoms are. I am certain the daily movement and sweating out on the concave again has increased positive thinking, creativity, and increased appetite. I'm getting my 24 hour reup of movement, sun, social, and food! This was a great guest. Thank you so much for everything

I dont get what Jason means He IS ALREADY SUPER FUNNY! Like he genuinely made me laugh out loud duting this podcast like 4 or 5 times. And I think he is someone who seems genuinely funny, you know? Like he doesn’t need to force it cuz it seems to come effortlessly to him. Maybe in stand up there is a bigger pressure to just land jokes ALL THE TIME, you can see that the comedian is trying his hardest. but my favorite comedians are the ones who says smth funny when you least expect it and it just leaves everyone rolling on the floor laughin
