Great to see Dr. huberman preaching to people who are both on HRT or natural the importance of doing cardio and its benefits. So many people are trying to live longer and optimize her health with hormones and supplements which I am 100% in agreement with but often times people forget to do what should at this point be common knowledge and that’s how important doing cardio is to peoples mental and physical health. Props to Dr.Huberman For explaining this and I can 100% tell people that since I’ve begun doing cardio again and riding my bike after years of neglecting the importance of cardio it makes a night and day difference in how you feel both mentally and physically

Why isn't testosterone undecanoate prescribed for TRT? I would say it's the ultimate TRT treatment, because you only have to inject it every 2-3 months from what I read. Side effects are somewhat equal to most other variants, so why go through the hassle of injecting every 2-3 days, when 4-6 times a YEAR is enough? Isn't that WAY more practical, once you've found the right dose?
@ak74srthebest0909 Жыл бұрын

@@Cin9999 I asked people here about his lvls exactly before starting TRT cause he didn't say it in this exact video. Nothing more nothing less. Also some consider test lvls up to 1200ng/dl as TRT. Anyway even at steady lvl of 1000- 1100ng/dl total test you could possibly feel some difference compared to 700- 800ng/dl of natural lvls that fluctuate depenting on many factors our bodies are put up to. Also Free test is usually higher on TRT

@@Cin9999 so basically 900ng/dl TRT is not equal and is superior to 900ng/dl of natural total test production therefore you could possibly see a difference between 700-800ng/dl total test of natural production and hightnormal (900-1000 ng/dl) lvl on TRT

What if HR during resistance training is Zone 2?
@googlefaps58832 жыл бұрын
Cardio has pretty much cardio vascular and cardio respiratory benefits. Higher intensity cardio improves more strength endurance. Weight training can improves strength endurance. Which is endurance of the muscle. Nothing to do with the heart, lungs and blood vessels. Weight training mostly focuses on skeletal muscle. They are different stressors. So effectively training cardio-bla bla is done through cardio as it actually increases capillary beds, red blood cells, acid clearance and buffering, heart stroke volume etc. Weight training again is pretty much for strength.

So the math for me works out like: 250 per 2 weeks, so 125 per week, 75 every 3 days? Err...I should break it down to reach 7 days, otherwise the VA won't cover once my script eventually runs out a few days early (you cannot get a refill until their designated time, even by 1 day :/ ) Does that sound like I'm wasting my medicine, or abusing? I definitely want it to work optimally for me, but I don't want to be even accused of abusing by a doctor.

@C email how old are you? I was 34 when diagnosed, and my numbers were dropping enough that there was noticable change from when my primary care checked, to when my urologist checked to when the VA checked. (I'm guessing that's why they agreed?)

I'm on 140mg weekly split into two shots every 3.5 days. I feel like complete shit and have since I started over a year ago. My lowest level was just under 100ng/dl prior to starting trt. Had such high hopes id feel better but nope lol. Not one day have I had any energy at all. Sex drive basically non existent among other issues. Best part is my endo thinks everything is perfect and doesn't want to do bloodwork. Gotta love shitty Healthcare and I can't afford to go to a trt clinic so im basically stuck in this situation.

He's saying he started on 0.7ml once a week, and felt that was too much. Then went to 0.3ml every third day, which is a little less. But still didn't feel right, then ended up on 0.5ml every other day!! Which is ton more than where he started but said it felt like too much when on 0.7ml once a week?🤔
