This stuff is crazy! I can't even get anywhere near the front lever, dragon flag or pistol squat. I'm training the pistol squat now and it's gonna take me over a year (if my knees can handle it!). I'm 55 and only started body weight training recently. 8 or 9 pull ups (chest to bar) 20 press ups and a handful of dips puts me squarely in the beginner / novice category.
