Great demonstrations and explanations! I should have continued with calisthenics when I was in my 20’s. I had so much more strength! Now over 60 and trying to do a planche, lever or a flag is a lot more challenging but I’m determined. Thanks for the great videos!

Jesus Loves you so much if you see this message don't waste the opportunity to get saved Jesus Christ is not A Religion its a Relationship! Personal one! we all have sined and felt short of the Glory of God and are on our way to hell already but God So loving sent Jesus Christ to pay for our iniquity sin so we can get right with God and go to his kingdom You cannot earn ur salvation by doing works or being a good Pearson because our Good deeds are like filthy rugs to God this is what you need to do Repent of ur sins be truly sorry for everything you done change your mind turn away from sin and sinful things and Trust in Jesus Christ that he died for you. this is what sin is For the wages of sin is death but the gift of eternal life in our Lord Jesus Christ its not what we do its what God already done for us Jesus already paid for our Sins you just accept him as your Lord and Savior confess him before people that he is ur God and Savior and you will be saved Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is-his good, pleasing and perfect will. Romans 12:2 John 3:16 For God So loved the world that he gave his only Begotten Son Whoever Believes in him shall not Perish but have Everlasting Life.GOD LOVES YOU SO MUCH JESUS LOVES YOU! I LOVE YOU WHO EVER YOU ARE WHO IS READING THIS GOD BLESS!

This Tip with the transition from Crow to planche is a gamechanger for me. Can do a proper tuck planche for 15s but transitioning is hard, but resting one knee at a time on the elbow is genius. Would never have come to that idea since crow is easy for me. Nice videos.

@@SheiXX_Phps really? I thought it would take longer, maybe depending on the person. Also how would you train once you have mastered the basics, I find it hard to make a routine as my goals are Planche, muscle up, handstand, front and back lever. what exercises and how to keep it intense to keep progressing, beginner ie easy as you just focus on basics such as pull-ups, pushups, dips. So what after beginner?

@@Sparkz373you don't wanna do 90 degree hold? Handstand and 90 degree hold are doable if you can do 20-30 pushups. Watch chris heria on KZbin and he'll tell you how to train towards it.

That "elbow planche" is much easier to learn at some table or bench (which would hold bodyweight). Just come near it place hands and try to lean forward pressing elbows in the abs. You'll easy find a balance point and it's not that intimidating as when you low to the ground. Just dont forget to tension your back and point feet, so it looks nice.
