For me it has to do with my parasympathetic nervous system and my sympathetic nervous system. One of em is fight or flight, and the other is rest & digest. I was staying in fight or flight so much my brain never let me rest and digest so I couldn’t eat or sleep

We’ve been setting up plywood for decades at lead ups and landings. We’ve been yanking skate stoppers, filling cracks with JB weld, etc etc. Do what you want and if you can stomp out something big, own that shit.
