When hit with a objection (smokescreen for uncertainty). I say their name… I repeat their objection (in my own words) Then end with my close. Ex. I need to think about it. John, I understand that you need some time to think about this great deal. But let me ask you something, does the idea/product make sense to you? Do you like for what it could do for you? Exactly, no only do you get benefit 1 and benefit 2, but also this one deal will serve as a benchmark for the future value we can bring you. Sound fair enough. Seller: ahhh ummm Ok I guess. You: John, you give us this one shot… believe me… The only regret you will have is that you didn’t do business with us to begin with. Sound fair enough?

Some of these videos made me realise that this is the same thing that can be used anywhere. I use it to close deals on contractor deals for people building their homes. It’s not about being robotic and just telling them what they want to hear to feel good. You have to tell them as it is also but do it in a way that makes them feel safe to have you help build their home. For example - problems that may occur during the build but you already have the solution. Remember ‘help them’ it’s not all about you when it’s their home you’re building. It’s always ‘their home’ and not house. It’s literally a word game of chess. Be the king with all the right pieces around you to succeed because a king alone isn’t untouchable.

I’ve learned it the both the hard way and in a good way.
