There are several recordings of these two when Angelina was 11. They are some of the most hauntingly beautiful performances she ever gave as a child, in my opinion. You can see how proud Egil is of her! He knows he is in the presence of greatness in the making.

Angelina is 11 yo in this impromptu performance. The guitarist, Egil Claussen, is a family friend & he has said in an interview, that all these home videos were unplanned, unrehearsed, jams. She just says lets try Crazy, so Egil spends a few minutes going over the cord changes while Angelina gets the lyrics on her phone or pad & Grandma Mery gets the videocam ready. Usually they only do 1 take because he said the 1st time is often "magic". If a 2nd take is required, it was always because he messed up, because he said she never did. They are just making it up on the fly! When she moved to LA, Ivan Mendez played for her & he said the same thing about their impromptu performances. It boggles my mind, I've never heard of any other artist that does that then posts it on YT as a raw recording, warts & all. These are her home experiments that flex her vocal cord muscles.

Egil played with Angeline since she was very little and was very familiar with her taste in music. Ivan Mendes, on the other hand, was thrown into the deep end of the pool from day one and, while he is a good guitar player, he had his hands full keeping up with Angelina.

I have been listening to Angelina since 2018 almost every day she has more than 250+ youtube and other media videos, I have never heard her sing anything that did not like, I cant explain what it is but her voice has an effect on me which I find soothing. As to what other song you should react to I suggest you react to her latest release of Bad Valentine there are 4 versions on youtube all are good but the Bad Valentine-Piano Diaries version is the best thing I have ever heard not only from Angelina but any singer. And as you are a singer and may know what you are talking about, I have subscribed

Angelina is 11 during this jam session and the guitarist is Egil Claussen a family friend! These jam sessions were one take and done video is most likely done by Grandma Mery! Egil has worked with Angelina since she was eight years old! Angelina is the only musician in the family and she is the driving force with the support of her family!

Thats Egil Clausen, who was her guitar player in her early years in Norway. You wont see her dad in YT videos, I think there's only one very early occurrence of him. To be able to sing like this at 11 years old is truly incredible. Today Angelina is undoubtedly one of the best young female singers in the world. Another fantastic young singer you should definitely react to is 20 year old Lucy Thomas from the UK. Pick any video she has 70 + on utube and they're all amazing. She also has some angelic duets with her 5 years and 8 months younger sister Martha.

No worries, you could spend weeks researching this young lady when all you really need to do is read the comments from the Angels, we know pretty much everything. The "Bad Valentine" you did she was 18 so, 7 years ago is what it is... Do more Angelina please, there are over 300+ to choose from on YT, Tiktok and IG...a never ending supply of beautiful music.

Crazy (Try this version it is unbelievable) Patsy Cline's version of "Crazy" was great, but Angelina Jordan’s version is over the moon, as always. AJ is the ultimate STORYTELLING vocalist of all time LeAnn Rimes So, I just listened to LeAnn Rimes sing Crazy at a live concert in Scottsdale, AZ on 9/26/23, and I thought to myself no one could ever come close to doing this song justice like LeAnn can, but this version by Angelina Jordan surpasses the golden sounds by LeAnn. Angelina is by far the greatest vocalist, and that includes men, that there has ever been in my lifetime. If a complete version of Crazy by AJ was played on country stations, it would be number one. Crazy: Patsy Cline was interviewed about the song Crazy, and she stated that in the early 60s her career was going nowhere, and she was about to have her refrigerator repossessed when she heard that a song Willie Nelson gave her was going viral on all the country station. The song was CRAZY, and that song catapulted her to fame, as it did for Nelson.

You will obviously find out in all the earlier comments that Egil is not her Dad, but a very talented family friend, just as amazed with this talented little person as are we all. And she keeps getting better, both with her talent, and especially as a person. The guitarist is Egil Claussen, who begin playing for her around age 8. Egil traveled with the family, on a few trips, but most of the time the videos with him were filmed in Norway. Others have told you I'm sure,that she is self taught mostly though a voice coach has helped her home her craft and take care of her voice.He does look on in pride though as so many of us are like distant relatives that are watching from afar with pride.Imagine if you were actually in the room lol ❤
