Bridget wonderful🎉 yes I celebrate the Anglo Indians, sad that race is fast disappearing with intermarriages. My mom was an Anglo Indian and she made some lively dishes which I didn't care to learn and now I do cooking with youtube. Sad that I didn't know the value of my mom's food. Love you Bridget. This is Joy.

This is excellent and reminds me of my Grand Mothers Chicken Curry. I am super excited and will cook it noe. One thing, you will get more views if you edit your videos to stick to the main stuff. Someone can help you. If you like I am happy to. I have been following you for many years and learning to cook through you so its the least I could do. Also remember to ask people to subscribe to You Tube pays you!!

Thank you Bridget. I have just used Pork Loins in this Curry as it was reduced in price in Supermarket. I will make some Dhal as well. My late mother used to cook us some potatoe cutlets with savoury mince inside. I think it was Anglo-Indian? Could you please do a demonstration of this recipe too please? Thank you. I tried your Chicken Vindaloo recipe a couple of weeks ago. But there was Workmen in the Flat and I mixed the Vinegar with the spices for marinade instead of later. I don't know if this will have made a difference to the taste? But next time I will add it later as you suggested in your recipe. Thank you. God Bless and Happy New Year x Mary
