I'm a Master Plumber so I've been on jobs in Mansions. Also been been on jobs in total shitholes. Your place at least is cleaned out and has potential! All you need is new bathroom and kitchen. New floors carpets, repairs to anything needed. Then just pick a nice carpet, tiles, and paint. And that place will be mint before you know it! If I were you I'd put a bar and man room slash family room in the basement. All finished with a thick rug, and a good ventilation and heating and air conditioning system. Ment to do the whole house. If you're in a neighborhood that's worth investing in. Then definitely hook that place up! If not I'd probably only do what you have to. So you can make it look as new as possible.
