You can buy a $50 dolly from Home Depot and strap the radiators to it using a ratchet strap, alternatively if they are too heavy for that (which I doubt, I've moved radiators before), use an appliance dolly. You can then use that dolly for anything else you may need in the future, they are very helpful to have around.

I'm doing a remodel job in my hometown where we have to cut a bunch out and we found out that Diablo pruning blades for the sawzall will cut through the plaster and the lath, and we could actually take it out in like 16x16-in squares by just running the blade along with the studs. It made cleanup and tear down so much easier

I'm a Master Plumber so I've been on jobs in Mansions. Also been been on jobs in total shitholes. Your place at least is cleaned out and has potential! All you need is new bathroom and kitchen. New floors carpets, repairs to anything needed. Then just pick a nice carpet, tiles, and paint. And that place will be mint before you know it! If I were you I'd put a bar and man room slash family room in the basement. All finished with a thick rug, and a good ventilation and heating and air conditioning system. Ment to do the whole house. If you're in a neighborhood that's worth investing in. Then definitely hook that place up! If not I'd probably only do what you have to. So you can make it look as new as possible. Either way good luck brother! I love your channel and your videos are funny as fuck! I found you a couple months ago. I laugh at all your shit! Thank you for your service! @@Skankhunter420 1st lieutenants. It's a joke that Lieutenants are basically useless, though in the US there's a bit of nuance. 2nd Lieutenants are fresh out of boot and are not experienced enough to lead a platoon. 1st Lieutenants are 2nd Lieutenants who have seen some shit and are actually quite valuable.

Get in the zone, have patience and the nail pulling won't take too long. I had to spend 6 hours pulling and cutting nails out of wood/trim we were going to reuse on a job. Good work on the house.

Lineman pliers and a small thick piece of sheet metal to protect the floor while using pliers sideways to pull the nails. Use a garden sprayer to dampen that plaster to reduce dust on removal.

I’m a scrapper in Chicago some radiators have rods going through them you cut with a sawzall and wedge the sections apart or just straight bust them up with a sledge hammer makes them easy to move.

Those radiators only have 2-6 long bolts running through them to hold them together, a quick zip with a sawzall (they are mild steel) and you can pry them apart into sections as small as you need to make the weight manageable.

Re the trim: pull it off and sand them down. (Practice on scrap wood first.) Carve designs into the trim. (A router helps a bunch) When you place it back on the wall you can also put it ~ 1" off the floor and or the ceiling with led under glow lights.
