I was initially on Charlie's side and resented the hell oout of Chuck Lorre for killing of Charlie on the show. But after the success of The Big Bang Theory, Mom, Young Sheldon and all of his other work, resentment turned to bigtime respect. The man is a genius comedic writer and producer.

I watch 2 and a half men (the charlie years) all the time, often nightly. Jon and Charlie and Jake and Berta is the most powerful comedy quad combination ever. I can't WAIT to see Bookie!. Jon and Charlie were lifelong friends, don't throw that away, cmon Jon, get on Bookie!. BRING BACK THE MAGIC. Oh, and if Chuck is listening, an Alan spinoff would be hilarious!. His character became so intense, deep and meaningful after Charlies death.
