Not only is Conan comfortable with the animals, but he is also very considerate and respectful towards the animals, he already noticed that the cub was very uncomfortable, and he doesn't constantly make aggressive jokes out of them. It's so wholesome to see people treat animals well and kind, and this is why Conan is definitely one of the best comedian not just for his jokes, but for his virtue of love towards anything.

Faze_ Chamakito except these animals are being raised in the care of the animal experts. They’re familiar with them and trust them. And they’re only on stage for a couple minutes. I’ve been on stage before, and the audience is never too loud. The acoustics of the room make sure that sound tends to go out from the stage, not the other way round. Some of them are probably intrigued by the change of pace. New sights, smells, sounds. But hey, it’s not like these animals can show whether they’re uncomfortable or not. Oh wait! *They can.*

I never watched Conan until I started seeing his skits with jordan schlansky. But yeah, he seems to be a class act. Really like the guy, and so genuine and down to earth in comparison to other talk show hosts. And you can always tell when he's being himself and when he's just messing about.
