Nothing makes me happier than coming home from work to see a dan green video uploaded before I hit the gym. This guy is pure motivation.

Love the fact that Dan is one of the few quiet powerlifters!! Doesn't need to scream and roar to get pumped or to lift that huge weight!

You guys need to get Dan to do a "Big on the Basics" for the squat. Low bar, high bar and front. I wanna know everything this guy knows...lol. Make it happen Animal!!

Why has this video been edited wrong like the bench and deadlift vids with dan? Low bar 495x1 to high bar pauses back to low bar 700x4? ? Love these videos with dan! just edited them properly please!!

I wish all gyms in America had kilo plates. They are much easier to deal with. The kilo plates should have pounds in parentheses, instead of the pound plates having kilos on them.

He seems perfectly planted doing these squats, I got trouble finding my most powerful position still. Always atleast a little off balance.

705 no belt jesussss. What's a good guideline when using belts on lifts? Or is it all just relative? I usually put one on around 90%+ just wanted to hear other opinions.

I use it when im not as cocky as i would be with lets say 80% of the weight, so i use it on maybe 80% to max weight just for the reason of making the lift easier and protecting my back since i strained it really bad one time and made me unable to squat and deadlift for 4 weeks (which is really long if all you do is lift), i read that you should try to make the lift as hard as possible before using any gear so that once you use the gear the lift will feel much smoother then without.

@stackindatpapa10 жыл бұрын
I watched in a video do you think you can squat the guy reccomended that you unrack with both feet so the weight is distrubted in a safe way
