Thank you Bhai ❤for making it. It is helpful. DNA Gyrase -Type II topoisomerase ,works in bacteria and cut dsDNA to introduce neg supercoiinge. Topoisomerase I- In human, cuts ssDNA and release negative supercoiling. Topoisomerase II- In human, cuts dsDNA and release negative supercoiling. Am i correct?
