Sir,if there is MHC class I molecules..so there should be CD4+ cell..not CD8+ cell... Please reply 🙏

Mhc class 1 is detected by CD8 cytotoxic T cells/ or nk cells. CD4+ cells detect the MHCII-bound peptide.
