This is a great routine. The exercise with the chair was very challenging for me, and the plus side was that I felt my glutes firing. Also, I was doing those squats all wrong. I'm happy that my ankles are getting better and the angle between my heels and the floor is getting smaller lol.

What if for folks w ankle, heels or knee not as strong will ur last routine sitting down on chairs strengthen the knees, heels and ankles or cause more issues? Thanks for advise before I do it.
