Cathy, this flow felt so delicious in my hips. I had been traveling for two days and nights and my hips felt so tight, now Im literally feeling the energy flowing in my lower extremities. Thank you, every sentence of your whole tutorial is educational and informative. I guess that's why I connected with you at the first place.

The frog, reclined butterfly, half squat, and 90/90 leg lifts are the worst for me. I'm trying to see if I can get all of the splits this year. The front splits feel really good so far (~1ft from the ground) but the side split is ~2ft higher than them.

This class offers lots of warm up but if it’s not enough you can do what you need before starting🫶🏽

You're holding and doing way more reps on the right side than the left. :(((( totally thre my practice off and I had to pause and rewind several times just so I could balance out the sides. :(
