Hey guys I just wanted to include that I am wearing a seatbelt, you only can’t see it as I just wore it on my belly area and not over my shoulder, I didn’t feel that comfortable at that moment that’s why I didn’t wore it over my shoulder but you guys are right that was not a good example. I also LOVE going grocery shopping.. it's so satisfying. It's also very important to eat prior to doing the shopping ,otherwise you will want to take the entire store. I haven't been to whole foods but I imagine its somewhat similar to LASSENS. With these types of stores we really don't have an excuse as to why we're not eating healthier. You can literally replace any unhealthy food with a much healthier option. The only downside is of course the price., but imo, very well worth it. Thank you Annie for this wonderful haul.

AnnaIssi sometimes life its not fair...but sooner or later everybody will pay theirs dues...i know several cases of ppl who smoked, drank, had so much work stress that sometimes i felt like they are machines...but we all know machines also can broke... and my boss payed his dues 6 monts ago..not trying to be depressing...just take good care of your body anyway :)

My favorite thing to do with those purple sweet potatoes is to bake them, then blend the potato (minus the skin) in a vitamix with a little coconut oil, a bit of apple sauce and stevia to sweeten- I bet dates would work great as well- and a little cocoa powder...then roll the thick dough into balls and roll in shredded coconut. Brownie bites- soo good!
