P.s. you can avoid the lurkers, weirdos, tik tokers at the gym if you do 2 things 1)spring for a fancy high end gym. 2) go to the gym at weird off hours. That's what I do. So, it's like me and 2 other people at the gym. So. Definitely no mornings or late nights. Go like 11, or 2 on the weekday. Or, whenever the front desk people tell you it's less busy.

You can make homemade bread in a convection oven. Just crush some garlic add some butter, parmesan and parsley and slap it on. Really easy if you ask me and of course you can substitute butter and oil.

I said I was going to stay home this week and reconnect to my artistic and expressive self. I'm trying to get back into painting and playing my violin. Monday, a run to buy new paint brushes somehow lead to me being gone all day. I never bought new paint brushes but I did buy new shoes and a expresso machine. Tuesday, I let my BFF talk me into meeting her at the beauty supply store. We went to our favorite seafood place after. Whole day gone. Today, Wednesday, I'm sitting in my favorite cafe watching Kelly Stamps. I still have time to get back home and salvage my week....we'll see 😂

I had a moment at a YMCA where after I got off a treadmill I took a big swig of water and it went down the wrong way. Now I tried to hold it back and quick walk to the ladies locker room. I only made it about 3 steps before I had to cough all that water out between my hands and coughed my way to the bathroom. As far as I know there's no record of it : ) But secretly I was offended no one even checked on me, it was ridiculously dramatic - I'm pretty sure I was coughing in the parking lot as I left. That was my last public treadmill.

Hey Kelly, if you want a good garlic press, GET THE ONE AT IKEA! It’s cheap but is literally the bees knees of garlic presses. You can even use it one handed! My arthritic mother didn’t believe me so I bought her one. She says it’s her favorite kitchen tool and is mad she didn’t have it sooner. Seriously. Come on fellow Ikea garlic press users, back me up! You will love it if you tend to eat garlic often.

I need to try that pasta that you made because it looked so yummy. Also walking is good, I have a watch that counts my steps and I aim for 10,000 steps per day. You don't need a gym to exercise so don't be hard on yourself for that. The same way you use KZbin for cooking there are a lot of fun exercise channels eg. Grow with Jo.
