Absolutely incredible, the speed, the grace, the efficiency of movement, the acceleration. Holy shit, it's like I cannot even compare myself with him in any way. If this is running - and rest assured it is- than what I'm doing is something completely different.

He is underrated winning 2 Olympic medals and performs at his best when it counts. The competition at 5,000 meters on the track now is unbelievable and he rises to the occasion. Great runner!

If anyone is wondering he hit his 200m mark in about 30 seconds. Hes at about a 58-60 second 400 meter pace.
