Okay weird issue I got!!! I have a brand new axe 2.0. I got it out of the box and it worked fine. The gun clicked when I pulled the trigger when the gun was on and eyes were off.(or on I honestly don’t know the difference) but anyway now when I turn the gun on and turn the eyes off there is no audible click and the gun doesn’t shoot at all on air. I did not mess with the gun at all internally and the trigger still works because I can go through and program it just fine. Thanks for your response !

Gilbert Grape I’ve since returned the axe and got an exchange for another one. Idk what the issue was I just figured the gun was defective. My new 2.0 works just fine now

Gilbert Grape yeah... the durability is a definite let down... I would literally recommend the etha 2 over the axe 2.0 off of persona experience

My board screw backed itself out during the second time I ever used the gun and there’s now just a empty hole there, I don’t know how to get one to replace it. Until I do get one I’ve just been playing without it is there anything that could go wrong until I do get that screw back?

I just bought a used empire axe 2.0 and I was just messing around with it for a bit and I took out the bolt and the spring seems so be stuck in the gun and I know it’s supposed to come out with the bolt. It works perfectly fine even if the spring is stuck in there but I want to take it out sometime for cleaning purposes. What do I do? Please help.

Was happening with mine, brand new out of the box - seems like the spring was on backwards! Really weird. switched it around and it pops out with the bolt now.

My solenoid isnt firing on my axe pro. The redline indicator shows that the trigger is being pulled, even when my trigger is in fact not. ASA and redline work, but is this a software or hardware related issue? How can I fix this?

sounds like you need to adjust the trigger. it could be set so far back that it's activating the micro switch even in the resting position.

Having a leak by the bolt, whenever I turn the velocity up the velocity will go down, when I turn it down the velocity will go up and then drop down again, tech guy at my local field said it may be the valve. If I turn the bolt too far it will leak constant air. Any ideas what it could be?

When you adjust the velocity (in a certain direction, either clockwise or counter-clockwise) on the bolt, the plate extends outward. After a certain point, the plate extends so far out that the rubber o rings dont make good contact with the inside of the gun, and the pressurized bolt leaks air. Try adjusting the velocity so that the plate receeds back into the bolt, and you wont have that problem.

You would want a standard or SAE allen key set for the Empire Axe 2.0 marker.

I have the same exact paint marker as in the video, but my problem is that whenever I release my trigger it'll fire. So it'll double fire. How would I go about to fix that?

I believe this is a firing mode setting. Try resetting your board to factory

Dude I’m having the same issue. I haven’t went back to my field but I adjusted the screws on the trigger. Hoping that fixes it. Your trigger may have been too sensitive

Is it Normal for the Bolt spring to get stuck inside and not come out with the actual bolt it's self?

It shouldn't. Did you make sure to put the spring on in the right direction so it snaps on?

Yeah! The spring was snapped to that housing that comes off of the bolt... I had to take a long object and push it out from the barrel side

It's an Empire core removal tool. Unfortunately it's not a tool that they sell to the general public, they just make them for repair/service companies like us. However, a thin-walled 1/2 inch socket can be used to remove the core. It has to have thin walls though to get down around the core.

When I switch the air on on the regulator air starts leaking out of the gun like crazy down the barrel , tech at the pro shop said it is the solenoid what do you think ?

possibly, depends on what gun it is.

In that case, the solenoid could be the issue. If it isn't, another problem could be the cup seal.

Hands down you are the fucking man, ima vet whos gettin back into the sport and ive watched 20 of these breakdowns and reviews on different markers and its a credit to you when i say. Planet Eclipse and the 170R is my choice for simplicity, reliability, and value. Oh and after this review the complexity of this markers an absolute turn off.
