Mike Jordan has been retired for over 21 years and the 2024 ESPN NBA Players’ Poll still has Michael Jordan as the GOAT. Nick Wright said that LeBron James will take the lead in the ESPN NBA Players’ Poll next year or 2 years from this year. So LeBron James cannot retire right now because LeBron James is still chasing Michael Jordan and even if LeBron James gets more votes next year or 2 years from now, LeBron will be a whole 40-years-old or 42-years-old with a disputed-poll recognition as the “goat”. 😅Michael Jordan became the UnDisPuted GOAT anywhere fron AGE 25 to AGE 28 and MJ has been recognized as the Undisputed GOAT of Basketball from 1988-2024 and counting. So good luck to LeBron James in his quest to catch Michael Jordan, but right now, LeBron James is barely in the Goat conversation, if he is seriously in it at all. 8:40 interesting about this graphic is that I would have never expected MJ’s gap in the paint vs Ant would be wider than Ant’s 3pt % lead between the two. Anyhow, it’s a joy to watch Ant’s game develop along with his mentality in wanting to be on the floor for every possible game and then exhibiting that he can be argued as the best player anytime he steps on the floor, including in the playoffs (so far). It’s players like this that can make the league fantastic without the shenanigans once again.

ANT is 22 and was the 1st overall pick to the worst team in the league at the time. so to say he didn’t have success to start his career is a wild statement considering the circumstances. Rome wasn’t built in a day and I think the young bloods forget that

It’s odd because I feel that the timberwolves weren’t on tv a lot , but the first time I watched Edwards, he dunked on Jalen Green. Right away turned me I to a huge fan of the Timbs and of basketball in general. Being an athlete a while ago, I competed at a pretty high level. But ANTS athleticism… that’s sensational stuff. Reminds me of Jayden Hibbert for Track. Just young and menacing.

Rudy Gobert is in a category that includes Michael Jordan, but not LeBron James. The only award that LeBron James doesn’t have in his house is the NBA Hakeem Olajuwon Defensive Player of the Year Award because it’s been in Michael Jordan’s house since 1988. Michael Jordan is the GOAT forever. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🏀🏀🏀🏀🏀🏀🏀🏀🏀🏀🏀

The more time passes, the more it becomes clear that Nick's problem is with Jordan himself and not even James. I don't know Jordan banged his sister or whatever, but it's weird but he's so DEEP on the James stuff he can't remove himself from it. So Edwards - IMHO he's different too because there's just enough unique about him to make him more exciting. With Kobe you saw like a Jordan clone but not quite as sharp in movement, etc. Edwards actually has that sharpness to his play but it's still different - and all his own too. MAN I hope he stays healthy and focused.

Ant is only 22 years old and yet he shows excellent leadership skills. If you watch his press conferences, he always takes the blame for losses. He always credits his teammates and coaches for the wins. He did a press conference a few weeks ago and the reporter went after KAT, calling him a stat padder. Edwards nudges KAT that he got this and answered the question that was intended for KAT. He came to his defense and put that reporter in check. This kid is the leader of his wolf pack. As a T-wolves fan, we’ve been waiting 20 years for him!
