Dr. Vandana is amazing Yoga teacher, very nice explanation and flexible body. I have a question for Dr. Vandana, As I am having knee joint issue due to some accident and can't sit in Vajarasana, so what is alternative for that. As many asana starts with vajrasna posture. Thanks!

Ma'am, I watched your video and am very impressed. Though I have so many videos of yoga teachers but the simple way in which you teach it is praiseworty. Very easy to understand and follow. As per my experience, for better yoga results - 1. ensure availabiltiy of oxygen to body 2. water (potential-pure)3.non chemical foods system 4. Healthy mind atmosphere with tech of mind management etc., are much more important as supportive documents to yoga & life
