Have been doing this for a month. I had terrible insomnia (Cannot sleep before 6 am types insomnia) While I still couldn't sleep immediately in the first week, the sleep quality was better. Subsequent weeks, I also went to sleep in half an hour or so after doing these poses. Thank you so much.

I`m a victim of insomnia for more than 2 yrs and I thought the issue cannot be resolved. This sleep program *4InsomniaCure. Com* was suggested to me by a cognitive behavioral therapist. Yoga asanas should not be done on bed, and these asanas should not be done before sleep. One can do savasana. Asanas can be done after 5 hours of taking food. And only Vajarasana should be done after having food. For relaxation sit in vajarasan take long breathing, slow down your breath, feel the breathing till abdomen for five minutes, then go to savasan relax and observe your breathing, you will go to sleep.
