guys, this actually works , in 2018 when i lost my job i was depressed and started losing hair, i had a lot of free time and wanted to spend it wisely so i started practicing yoga. my hair stopped falling off and I had really long and healthy hair. Now i work so much and have no time for yoga or for myself whatsoever and my hair fall started again, I hope to get some free time and start yoga again

@@burnt_toastt at the time I wasn't even eating well and had so many health problems. Yoga was the only thing that kept me going, I was doing all these asanas and some more for spine and neck to improve the blood circulation. If you don't have any health problems that can cause hair fall then that happens because you are stressed and when you are stressed , your scalp is tense. work on that issue

I have used nearly all home remedies, but what did better for my hair fall control was these things. 1 glass warm water to drink as first thing when you wake up. Using neem wood comb. Using soft microfiber towel on shampoo day. Some light exercises. Using Littleextraa cooconion anti-hair fall kit once or 2 times a week.

After watching ur video I felt like headstand is really easy.... Each n every step was so easy like if not in one day but atleast after some trials we can do exactly... Hope I can do it the way u did...😃

@@Aess20 it depends on practice..In starting u have to do it patiently n according to instructions n u can't do it for longer time n u will feel pain soon in body coz ur body not flexible na but when u do it regularly then u can do asanas for longer time

VERY IMPORTANT : One does yoga is for Good health and yoga is really a great exercise and there's no doubt in that. But most importantly please make sure that you do all the exercises that were shown in this video with really a proper guidance and a trainer or teacher if possible because these exercises without proper knowledge, care, and guidence may lead to a disease called "Benign positional vertigo" which arises due to change in the pressure of blood flow towards head.
