Yogea Yoga flows are always effective and delicious for body and mind. What is the base for these creative poses deeply connected to physical efficacy?
@YogeaArtFlowYoga5 жыл бұрын
Dear Rie, Thanks so much for spotting the effective sequencing of the Yogea flows, which are always organic on the body - comfortable and yet challenging. And yes, there is a physical efficacy embedded in Yogea's philosophy, which draws on 26 years of solid research in different sources of Yoga and movement modalities from around the world. I would say Yogea is a thoroughly researched and yet creative style steeped in various Western and Eastern spiritual teachings and wisdom traditions. The Yogea book is coming up. Stay tuned! Sending you much light and love from the Yogea team!

Thank you for your worthful reply. I've been doing yoga every morning for about 5 years. I pick one or two from some of my favorite teachers on youtube. I did anti-depression series from Yogea for 3 successive days, and now I feel some better state of mind, then maybe the next one will be "let-go" flow and some "grounding" series from Yogea, which must be the desire from my body and soul. I would really like to learn and practice Yogea Yoga to become an ambassador. I'm looking forward to your book very much, other than that, I would love to know if you have some kind of course to become a teaching staff of your team such like 200 or 300 hours course in general to become a yoga instructor.

What kind of Yoga is this? I am used to Vinyasa and Yin, but this is also great. Thank you.

This is Yogea - an innovative yoga style. Check our website yoga.org to learn more about the practices that it draws on. It integrates different holistic traditions from around the world. We have some Yin practices, too. But the Vinyasas of Yogea are unique and creative. Thanks so much for your feedback. Namaste!

What does this have to do with depression?? I was more stressed trying to follow you.
@YogeaArtFlowYoga5 жыл бұрын
Sorry to disappoint you and thank you for asking! All the poses included in this routine are geared towards physiologically relieving depression and anxiety, while uplifting the spirit and opening the heart. I believe the style was a bit confusing for you as it is a form of creative yoga that does not flow mainstream. You just need to watch it once before you do it so you get the gist of it. And maybe this particular routine was not your cup of tea, try out some other Yogea routine. Stay inspired!
