This was something that was so informative by a reliable source and wasn't an hour plus in length. So gracious of you to put this out there. You may be getting an email from me. Thanks from a lot of people:)

I’ve been following an anti jnflammatory diet for almost a year, but I’ve been really strict about it and doing a ton of research the last 2 months... I’m a 37 year old male in pretty decent shape but I feel better then I can remember. I originally started because my skin was getting Very red and dry and I was having stomach issues and both of those are starting to reverse. I also lost a few corona pounds and have way more energy in the gym

We use fresh turmeric in our kale and blueberry shakes and in our Lemon Ginger Blast juice. About a half a thumb nob piece

You’re telling people to use eg canola oil!? What sort of qualifications do you have to make such recommendations for an anti inflammatory diet!? Many items you mention are VERY inflammatory.

This is so helpful. I guess the toughest for me is beef. I get so tired of chicken, but all the different types of fish are good options. I live in Appalachia, so sugar and lots of animal fat goes into that southern cooking. I've had to come to terms with that, though. I'll eat it occasionally, but for the most part, I know I'm responsible for the repercussions. Right now, I'm trying to doctor a severely inflamed pinched nerve in my neck. I'd love to start healing it with food so I can drop the meds soon. Great and very thorough video.

Most of the time Inflammation is the beginning of various health issues. Aurvedic always focuses on Gut health before treating any symptoms. We had a inflammatory challenge went to 7 different doctors in USA and couple of doctors oversees. Spent lots of money on diagnostics and other expenses. They all said Auto immunity problem. Using medication lead to lot of side effects and didn't helped at all. Found an alternative by probiotics and change in nutrition for last 2 years no issues. If we can help you anyway reach out to us.

Oats are not something that should be eaten often. I’m in the camp that doesn’t think Chia seeds are a health food, rather a inflammatory food. Flax oil is estrogenic so people who are estrogen dominate should be careful with flax and flax oil. Vitamin D is a hormone in the body not a vitamin, regular testing is needed. Magnesium 500 mg and potassium 4,700 mg are very important daily supplements!

Thank you for the information! I was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis and started taking tart Cherry concentrate 800mg, I hope that this will work as well as the juice. I have done some reading and they find it does work the same.

@arribaficationwineho324 жыл бұрын
Yes. Canola,,rapeseed seed and "vegetable" oils are processed in a way that renders them

I had to stop watching after only a few minutes. There is so much misinformation in this video, it should be titled "How To Increase Your Inflammation". Use grapeseed, safflower or canola oil for cooking? Seriously? It's like we're back in the 1980s.

This is literally the opposite of anti-inflammatory! She has pretty much eliminated everything... unless you wanna go vegan. Ever since I started keto/low carb it had changed my life as far as inflammation. So if you want something that works I suggest you research the keto way of eating.
