Youtude decided my podcast talked about sensitive things and limited the ad revenue, but I still wanted to put it out there to help and spread good information. To support in another way, please like, comment and subscribe! Glorifying drugs is a thing I did a lot in the past, so I get it, but I have learned from my mistakes and now try to spread the right information out there so people can make better choices. Hope you guys liked the podcast!

You are basically telling people here that is not the smartest thing to do . In my opinion if you aren't competing why use the gear ? Had I known natural shows existed, I don't think I would have ever experimented with gear.
@Rubinja77
@Rubinja77 Күн бұрын
You can live the bodybuilding lifestyle of a competitive bodybuilder but not compete. Competing is not a more "noble cause" that justifies gear. It is a personal decision everyone has to make for him- or herself. Merci Antoine, it's all about harm reduction, and you are missing out on revenue to help providing it 🙏

@EGGHEADIUS you can stop bro. If I can do it so can you. It wasn't easy but very possible. I was at the bottom bro, I was homeless and hopeless, on drugs from 12 years old to 38 years old. God is what brought me from where I was to where I am now. Please look to Jesus and with Him you can do all things!!

Great video, Antoine! It's my opinion that influencers have a certain degree of personal responsibility with regard to the life they promote and endorse on social media. Kids are extremely impressionable and I can attest to that as a father of 2 boys. You do a great job of informing people !

Crazy to hear about Jon, but he was following that Zyzz lifestyle way back when I finished school and first got into the gym in '12/'13 when the 'aesthetic' wave was peaking. Wild he kept up the lifestyle for so long

Take blood pressure medicine if you need it. Don't be afraid to take it. Stay hydrated, do cardio for the heart, avoid dietetics and clen if you are not competing. If you are going to take stimulants, beta blockers and / or Ativan or Valium can help keep you safe if your heart rate is getting too high.

You and Dr. Dwayne answered a lot of questions for me concerning physiological responses to substances, the carbohydrate response was really interesting and makes a lot of sense. Could you do a part of a segment concerning mitigation of water retention from peptides? One of most important videos a BB'r could possibly watch, you keep hitting homeruns.

Its burning the candle at both ends. I used to be a Heroin addict in my 20s and I was doing gear too. Shits no good man. I also got heart arryithmias after taking the covid vaccine so now I will still take test replacement but I get my heart checked every year and blood work every 6 months. My bp used to be sky high though my 20s I live on bp meds an beta blockers, I don't drink any caffeine or alchohol.

I’m sorry with all due respect; cardio burns calories. Calories from body-fat are oxidized as an energy source when doing any kind of cardio. Whether you’re walking, or running utilizing different energy systems; but at the end of the day cardio of any type will utilize energy from body-fat so long as an individual is in a deficit. So the outdated idea of only one kind of cardio only burns body-fat has been debunked.

He mentioned cardio being important for harm reduction in bodybuilding.. Wouldnt doing rigorous cardio often while on gear cause the heart to enlarge faster too since its a muscle? Im not being smartass... genuinely asking
@AntoineVaillant

not sure! i think any rigorous excercise would do that. we need to ask chat gpt lol
@tyronejones4245
@tyronejones4245 12 сағат бұрын
Not necessarily. If taken to the extreme it could, but what most of us are doing is going to be more than offset by the decreased blood pressure and lower resting heart rate. 15 minutes of jogging on the treadmill a day isn't going to cause athlete's heart enlargement.
