I am a minimalist my FL Pastor cleaned my apartment with hefty trash bags 22 yrs ago (I had oven/microwave & a 4 burner [7-11] coffee maker ect..) Ever-since I don’t like a lot of clutter or stuff in my home. I had 1 cup 1 plate 1 bowl fork spoon ect.. 1 😂 same for shoes & clothes. I didn’t know we had a title. Last yr. I inherited my mother’s stuff I’m very uncomfortable my garage is full my basement full living room & dining room same thing, come spring I’m buying a dumpster to clear out my now cluttered home. we waste so much buying unnecessary stuff. They say I’m cheap I say thrifty I love minimum nice items for cheap 😂

I love Miami would totally live there. But yea its not for everyone and the economy does not provide a lot of good jobs. A lot of wealth inequality. Living in Minnesota I totally relate to hating the cold and wanting to have a choice in the manner. My family definitely checks for me like that tho! lol

Besides the cold, why would you ever leave Minnesota for Florida? The people up there are pretty educated and the cost of living is decent. Florida is crowded too. Minnesota is big enough where you can escape the city for a weekend and enjoy the beautiful nature it has to offer. Also, Florida has a lot of crazy people. Don't come here it's not all that cracked up.

I wouldn't live in other parts of FL though. I still own my properties in Minneapolis when climate change gets too bad here.
