"Why Anxiety and Pain after a BreakUp?" Is a discussion on why we develop anxiety and impatience after a break-up and what is the role of energy in how we feel after a break-up and why we react to our thoughts the way we do and why we believe what we think is true!

Michael, 28, from the UK here! I love your videos. You deserve so much more recognition. Too many videos promoting 'get your ex back' etc. You send a challenging but positive message of moving on after break ups. Perhaps the reason you don't get as much traction as others is because you are not jumping on the "how to get your ex back" wagon. (huge money maker) Most broken hearted people are looking to get their ex's back rather than accepting the breakup and moving on. Even i want my ex back. But the harder road to take is the acceptance that its over. You are helping me down that road. Please don't ever sell out like the others, it's too easy to exploit peoples vulnerability after a break up. Pitching ridiculous methods like 'getting your ex back in 7 easy steps' or whatever for $30/£40. Losing a partner can feel like coming off an addictive drug. If someone on youtube then says "i can get you another hit of that drug". Like an addict gone cold turkey, most will pay what it costs to get another hit... whether its a good hit or not. After a break up i believe we are at our most vulnerable, so its very easy to hold onto false hope. I guess it's like your family pet passing away or having to give him or her. Instead of grieving accepting and moving on you search videos for: "New owner? win your pet back now" "bring your pets back to life" or "clone your lost pet". When surely the best way to deal with the loss is to remember fondly and move on, maybe even get new cat or dog. It is your nurturing and commitment that made the relationship between you so special and worth while anyway.There are many more companions out there we can give too. Just as there are millions of men and women out there we can connect with. We just have to commit time to another to bring out the beauty, qualities and companionship Promoting the idea of chasing ex's and getting them back. I think it endorses the unhealthy mind set of 'not letting go of the past'. It perhaps encourages people to hold onto threads of an old life. Stumps personal growth and development. Imagine if we we spent our lives, not letting things go and chasing cars. We would learn nothing about ourselves or others. Loss is part of life. Accepting loss is the start of moving on and personal growth.

Thank you for the kind words Michael. I am glad you find them helpful. Yes I too would like the channel to be recognized through having more subscribers but I am working on it and hope it will get shared as much as possible to grow to what it deserves. My boyfriend and I have been together for over 2 years now, we have always been very good together, being understanding of each other , having good communication etc. His mum, however, is Iranian and has always caused problems as she has wanted him to not have a girlfriend, her mental health has always been bad, adding to this. She has been very up and down, sometimes loving me being over, sometimes deciding she wants nothing to with me. This has been hard on our relationship, but we have got through this stronger than ever. His mother asked him to go on holiday to Iran (as he does every year) within a couple days of him staying there, she has sold his dog, cancelled his school and said he is never coming back. We have both obviously found this extremely hard to deal with, and limited, if any contact due to her not allowing us to talk has only made things harder. I’m struggling on how to feel/ do, he has told me to try and move on as it will only hurt me if I hold on and he doesn’t manage to get home. I am finding it hard to let go when what we had was so right. I feel lost, and as if life isn’t as good without him. I don’t know how to deal with this sudden extreme life change, having to with deal losing him as my best friend and as my person. Any advice? Thank you ❤️

I'm somewhat confused in two area... let's take rebound relationship... that typically doesn't work... you say happiness in a new found relationship but why can't that rebound work? The other is ... intuition... and that's thoughts.. and I'm told to follow my intuition... can u explain what is difference ? Thank Sir.

This makes sense and the analogizes you give I can relate to. The mind is open to not panic if it KNOWS the future holds good things. Life also shows us that the future for many , turns out even worse than what we are experiencing now..........or did in the past. How does a person have (or get) confidence that the future is going to be good, when we observe it does not happen that way in life many times?
@MehranDadbeh
@MehranDadbeh 7 жыл бұрын
The idea is to stay with the moment of present, " The Now moment" every moment. In this way you are with life as it is happening and blooming and not in some time in the future wondering if it will be as you hope it will or .... when you can be with life in the moment that life is happening and you are part of this happening or observing this happening then there is no future to worry about and when there is that future that you have been wondering about , it is "The Now Moment " and is no longer a future! and in this way you never worry about such possible negative outcomes of a possible future! Short of the long is; do your best at whatever it is that you want to accomplish but then stay with the moment and do not worry about assurance for a time that is not yet a reality! You want to make an outcome of what is not yet a reality to be real for you before that time frame shows up at which time that is no longer future and it is "the now moment" and all about it is apparent and clear to you with no need to wonder about what it is! I hope I have not managed to confuse you. :)

It is true, a small child stays in the present. In doing so, the child never naturally wants to plan to learn anything.The child will never even PLAN on feeding himself. Someone else has to do that (for him)until the child is taught to be aware there are constant FUTURE needs it must be ready to get for himself. Will the waves of oneness feed, cloth and protect the child living only in the present? No, not at all. The child will die. If a child (or anyone) lives only in the present, and is sitting in a street, will the oneness and present moment, protect him from cars coming in the future? No, the child will be run over. Does the oneness provide for people in India, China, Japan or the monks in Tibet if they do not worry about there future needs? No, you can see everyday they die of preventable things. Even the Yogi needs others to take care of his body when he is meditating for days and weeks or his body will die. Parents teach there kids about past , present and future things so it can survive. Even animals do this. Will KI or Chi pour you a cup of tea? No, you must plan for it, to have it in your future mornings. So we can see the collective thoughts and energy of the oneness has no will to provide anything for you on it's own. I very much want to stop being overly worried and anxious about all things. Deleting my past and not thinking of tomorrow will not make me independent with my basic needs met. This is observable everywhere. It seems like you are talking about having faith in a force of some kind. Are you?

I have a problem right now..my ex gf broke up with me yesterday and I already saw it coming since she became so cold to be over christmas and stopped say "i love you" in her texts while she was away for holiday. It's only been 2.5months since we have been together and only 5 weeks we've spent next to each other. She told me she realised I am not the one for her and she can not see me as the same as before anymore. But she still wants to keep me as a "close friend" where she wants to share things only to me. But every time I see her it just reminds me of our past and it hurts me inside imagine her with other guys. What should I do? should I still be talking to her? I heard from somewhere that exes still wants to gain the things from you, but without obligations....I am lost
@MehranDadbeh
@MehranDadbeh 7 жыл бұрын
Move on and find other friends. When she wants your time simply prefer to do something else with your time. There is no reason for you to want her to share with you anything now that she feels you are not the right one for her. She is obviously not the right one for you and you should offer your time to a right one! :) Move on and live your life and don't be dragged on by any one.

lisalight55x Interact with him knowing you do not want him! wanting him makes him seem importand to you, not wanting him makes you important! :) this os all in your mind. His value is determind by your mind, your consideration and desire for something or someone not all by themselves! Don't want him then he won't matter and wont be an issue to see him or do your business interactions.

I think is good idea you put links perhaps at the end of the video(like you just did) to other related topic videos discussed, so people can continue watching and seeing things from different angles one after another. the obsessive thoughts some time coming to my mind , like I want to reach out to my ex and tell her how much I hate her to hurt her with some bad words, as she feels kind of like "you will be fine don't worry" and sometimes how much I miss her. That happened to me before, now much less. Is just like I don't want that person anymore in my life obviously and I had very big urge for her to refuse her, imaging she is calling me begging back but I say no way. to make me relief. I think this is my ego. is like I am looking for some kind of pleasure in making her feel humiliated. how would you explain that?

You are trying to protect the image you have of yourself in your mind and throughout our lives this image has become more important that our real self. So we get insulted because our image is insulted as we ourselves never get insulted as nothing can harm our true existent/ self but we think we are the image and we fight to protect this image as if we are here to protect this image thinking it is more important than anything else. In reality nothing has happened to us!

First of all, I Loooooove your videos ❤ can you help me understand this situation please ? My ex totally love bombed me, then broke up, but he keeps making himself look like the poor little guy who was never loved, specially on Facebook, which is kind of a problem, since we have so many similar friends ( cause we study at the same university) and he keeps making me look like a horrible person with things that he shares on FB, saying things about love and how every girl he likes aways cheats on him, and etc, and all I did was really "love" him. But he is so convincing that everybody is starting to think that I'm a horrible person who shattered his poor little heart that was Full of love, when for real, he was the one who doesn't even want to talk to me anymore. If I talk to him, he gives me the silent treatment. And today, one of my friends tagged me on a post about me being an idiot because I still cared about him, and he literally LIKED her comment, about me being an idiot. And I'm sooooo confused. when we were together, he used to tell me how I was the most amazing person he's ever met and I was everything he'd always asked for, which is a lie, because a day after we broke up, he went to a party and kissed a bunch of other girls, and came to talk to me just to tell me that he did that. To hurt me on purpose. I've never done anything bad to him, so I really don't understand why is he doing all that crap. Do you think he suffers from some sort of personality disorder? He might be a narcissist I guess. Thank you. ❤

Thank you Carol, I am glad the videos are helpful to you and you enjoy them. He maybe, or maybe playing victim to attract some other girl as he might find it challenging to get a date on honest approach and interaction. When you guys were together he may have said all what he said either because he felt that way or he wanted to say those things to turn himself on more or to make you attend to him and like him more as he could have had more lust than love for you. Either way he seems to be a weak character to create such posts and comments on Facebook after a breakup. Usually it could mean he is weak or immature or was at fault and wants others to affirm him or believe that he was not guilty on negative interaction in the relationship so he could feel cleaned up in his own mind about his behaviour and conduct in relation to the relationship. There could be many reasons or angles as to why he is being so public and immature about the breakup. But the real question is " who cares what he says" . If any one has any brain and is among the mutual friends then they all know who and how each one of your characters are and will not be convinced otherwise by some comments or posts. Even if some do, they will eventually get tired of the guy's posts and Facebook stories and figure out that he is not in the right. Don't worry and don't give a damn, the real friends will not react negatively and will not believe the nonsense and the ones who do are not real friends anyways. So either way you have nothing to worry about as right does not become wrong because one or bunch of people say so and truth does not change because some one says something and a few others may agree with it or be convinced by it or pay attention to that what was said against you as truth and who you are is shielded from such stuff and does not change because some one said something! :) You are who you are and will always be who you are and only you decide who and how you want to be or not to be and no amount of talk can change the goodness in you or alter your character, manners, reputation or the truth about how and who you are in any way. Be good to yourself always, Mehran P.S. Please feel free to visit and like my FB page : facebook.com/mindthatseekstruth/ where I have my announcements for free webinars, Live Q & A Talks, and place supportive posts and videos. He's 20, so he's probably still really immature. Anyways, thank you very much Mehran, you are a wonderful person.

You are welcomed dear. By the way Carol, I am not a doctor of medicine. My research on function of the human psyche, interaction of thought and consciousness, fear, desire and ego and how they influence each other has been through my interest and years of experience, challenges, meditation and martial arts courses and sties in university and reaearch but not in an academic institution or majoring in medicine. :)
