Add a little herbed Boursin cheese spread into your eggs at the end. Delish! Look up Gordon Ramsay’s scrambled eggs…I learned a lot from him about a great scrambled egg-don’t whisk the eggs, use a rubber spatula to stir the eggs in a non stick pan, cook for 90 seconds stirring constantly, pan off the heat for 30, back on for the same time and off-so they don’t overcook and get dry, keep them moist and soft, season at the end (and add a bit of creme fraiche, sour cream or Boursin).

I just started watching your vlogs. Very entertaining, I took the last VEOP offered by American Airlines from FLL airport. I retired from FLL after 40 years with American. I've done customer service, freight, mail house, baggage service, ticket counter, ramp, operations, and was even kicked out of flt att school for a medical reason back in 1984 ! I've made the rounds. Retirement is serving me well and I get stand by passes for the rest of my life ! Great benefit. I've worked in DAY, TLH, MIA, and FLL.Keep up the great vlogs. Glad your mom and dog are doing ok. Instead of cottage cheese, try a handful of crumbled dry Feta with the eggs when scrambling them. I love it and have it almost every day!
