Tyler! I love all of these therapy videos going up on the collective of my subbed channels. Honestly though, I would watch you get therapy anytime. Not in a creepy way! 😂 LMT here and I am soo fascinated with the body! Glad you got uploads happening now! Also, my OM mind believes there is an energy point along the LI meridian that could help... You also could go for some acupuncture at the Kidney point (not stabbing your kidneys) on your foot. This is a great one for stress relief and helping out with some of those emotional things you have mentioned you had been dealing with.
