I hope apple silicon is a move toward cold computing specifically in the area of graphics processor. Graphic processors are super expensive, not enough competition, and the only thing they do very well is rise your electric bill and damage you computer with heat. Can't wait to see what Apple does.

Yes, i feel the exact same way, we are already seeing it in glimpses on the ios devices

As long as it's fast and stable. I know they can't design a thin Macbook with fast Intel's without the thing melting down so maybe this will improve things. Also, they should really stop running all those cpu's at 95 degrees celsius. That is soooo hot for any chip.
