Hi you fine folks.
So I have been after Kem to get into one jar of our homemade brandy. He relented today and allowed me to do so. We have been collecting bottles all summer for this very purpose. This is a long process but well with the wait. We used July apples, which were green apples not green because they weren’t ripe but just green apples. I like this batch. It actually is not overly sweet which my my pallet prefers. We have many more half gallons and gallons to process and Kem’s goal is to do so next weekend. We are quite pleased with the product and encourage you to go and watch how to get started making apple brandy. I want to thank you all for watching. Granted our channel is a legacy channel for our children. We are enjoying ourselves showing you our processes and methods in putting up food.
